I believe that sort of person would a person in search of a partner in life/soulmate. First it’s a song love of love. Second, the song that has no melody attracts more attention. Also, the lack of melody shows the aspect of being incomplete. It can probably be completed when the person finds what he or she is yearning for. It is addressed to no one in particular, because the person does know who he or she is looking for yet. It’s just my theory. Haha. Oh the questions I keep getting asked. :))
